Refund policy

At Cuppify, we stand behind the quality of our recovery tools. Because our cupping massagers are personal wellness items, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards. Please review our policy below before making a purchase.

1. The 7-Day Inspection Period

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to inspect your order and request a return. Once this 7-day window has passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: completely unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

We only accept returns under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged on Arrival: The product arrived broken or non-functional.

  • Wrong Item/Version: You received a different model, color, or product than what you ordered.

3. What is NOT Covered

To maintain hygiene standards and fairness, we cannot accept returns if:

  • The product has been used even once.

  • The product was damaged due to user error, dropping, or improper handling after a successful delivery.

  • The 7-day inspection window has expired.

Note: Please include your order number and clear photos or a short video of the damage/incorrect item. This helps us speed up the process!

5. Shipping & Refunds

  • Shipping Costs: If your return is approved (due to damage or our error), Cuppify covers the return shipping costs. We will provide instructions on how to send the package back to us.

  • Processing Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
